Celebrate Libraries all Month

April is a busy month for libraries - we celebrate National Library Week, National Volunteer Week, and this year, a new occasion: National Library Giving Day.

#LibraryGivingDay is a one-day fundraising event with the goal of encouraging people who depend on and enjoy public libraries to donate to their individual library system. And in turn, that support will go toward the incredible programs, services and materials provided by local libraries all over the country.

You can be a part of the #LibraryGivingDay movement by making a gift to Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

All funds raised on Library Giving Day (unless otherwise designated) will be divided equally among 20 Library locations.
