SALAD

Fall salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, red cabbage with a white balsamic vinaigrette (gluten and dairy free)

ENTREES

Option 1:
Land and Sea Duet: pan roasted salmon with green and golden tomato confit and chargrilled filet with a bourbon reduction, sauteed green beans and roasted potatoes (gluten free)
–OR–

Option 2:
Barbeque Tofu with Job’s Tears (barley), succotash, roasted Roma tomato, southern green beans and baby carrots (vegan)

DESSERT
Flourless chocolate torte (gluten free) or carrot cake
Each guest has the option of the Land and Sea Duet, salmon only, chargrilled filet only, or Barbecue Tofu option.
