Friends, thank you for joining us at the Book of You event at Plaza Midwood Library. It’s our absolute pleasure to host this event along with my friends from this vibrant neighborhood.
I’m incredibly inspired by your dedication to supporting our Library tonight. It’s such an important asset to our community.
In fact, we’re so impressed that we’ve decided to match your generous gift dollar for dollar up to $2,500. Together, we can make an even greater impact and ensure that our library continues to thrive.
Your donation will be used to provide capital support for a new Main Library in uptown Charlotte. When it opens in Spring 2026, the new Main Library will be a tech-forward, civic destination, hub of collaboration equipped to meet evolving community needs, and gateway to a reimagined North Tryon Street corridor.
