Event Highlights
In addition to our great storyteller Joe Po, we have:
Author Kimmery Martin with the perfect summer reads for the beach, the lake, the mountains, or even the staycation.
Mood House is back with their Relaxation Stations with their uber-talented staff working out your shoulder kinks and hand cramps — plus they will be doing a giveaway you don’t want to miss.
Curious about pickleball? Pickleball pro Tim Buwick will be doing hands-on demonstrations for all levels including those who’ve never swung a racket.
Enjoy a brew or two from local beer-makers Town Brewing Company, including our personal favorite the strawberry blonde ale Brewey Decimal.
Our green-thumbed (or wannabe) attendees can pick the brains of the Mecklenburg Master Gardeners and grab a complimentary plant or two while you’re learning how to make the most of your yard.
The Library is doing a special Summer Break promotion — stay tuned!
