Flight Fund
At Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation, we believe some of the best ideas are already inside our Library, sparked by the passion and creativity of our staff. That’s why we launched the Flight Fund: a new opportunity designed to help those ideas take flight.
Through grants of $500 to $2,500, Library staff turn bold ideas into action, transforming inspiration into programs that lift our community higher.
The Flight Fund provides dedicated grant support for Library staff to dream bigger, expand impactful programs, or bring entirely new ones to life. By investing directly in the innovators who serve our community every day, we’re fueling programs that advance the Library’s programming and equity priorities and create meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, and growth.
